Friends of O'Sullivan: Well, I regret having to inform you (for those who do not know) but Colleen O'Sullivan left this world following two weeks in the hospital from a recent arrhythmia. I know we will all miss her deeply, especially the festive, fun loving and beautiful sense of life she added to this world.
